This is what I get when I try to download from some servers... (ftp://ftp.mireth.com/macvcdx.sit.hqx in this example)

Hello Calle Kabo,
It seems that you've tried to download from FTP servers using the ACTIVE mode of downloading. Often this downloading can be stopped from a firewall or proxy, so we recommend you to set up your FTP configuration to PASSIVE mode of downloading.
You can do that from the iGetter Proxy preferences pushing the 'Proxy settings' button. In the Network control panel show the appropriate Internet interface and choose the 'Proxies' tab. Now check the 'Use passive FTP mode (PASV)' option.
